In 2016, fresh out of university with a degree in Business, we embarked on our entrepreneurial journey by founding an eCommerce business. With a passion for commerce and a vision to make a mark in the industry, we ventured into the world of e-commerce, offering curated clothing items to customers across various online platforms in India.
This was when online selling was gaining momentum and everyone was not very sure what to do. We noticed that people who sell things online, especially on Amazon, were having a tough time. Even if their products were great, they were struggling to understand how Amazon works.
However, the unforeseen arrival of the Pandemic in 2020 forced us to pivot and reassess our strategies. For years, we worked tirelessly within a company, always seeking out ways to improve systems and processes. But it wasn’t until we encountered a seller who had lost a staggering $100k in their first year on Amazon then we realized our expertise was needed elsewhere.
We knew we had to do something to help sellers like this one avoid the same fate. After a year of collaboration and witnessing firsthand the potential for growth and innovation in the Amazon ecosystem, we decided to come up with something where we could directly help sellers grow their businesses.
